In my position serving young leaders of New York City, I have seen many facilitators and Shawn Dove is one of the best; we love and respect Shawn Dove at Public Allies New York (PANY). On a warm Sunday morning in 2000, Shawn Dove appeared at the New Frontier Baptist Church in Brooklyn, New York as the guest speaker. He was there to promote his inspirational guide, A New Me in the New Millennium, but his delivery was much more than that. Shawn's aura was so motivating and inspiring that once he completed his delivery, the people in the church were on their feet and the applause was overwhelming.
